Using Torque Wrench:

With the wrench head completely engaging the fastener; and your grip centered on the groove in the wrench handle; pull the wrench in the direction indicated by the arrow on the wrench. When the torque wrench is reached; there will be and audible and tangible "click" and for a split second the wrench will suddenly require less force to pull; continuing to pull the wrench further will add torque over the setting.
